Deleting Your Account

Account deletion is permanent and removes all your data from Rubric’s servers. There is no recovery option.

You can delete your account directly from the app.

How to Delete Your Account

  1. Open Rubric and go to your Profile screen.
  2. Scroll to the Account section at the bottom.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Type DELETE to confirm.
  5. Tap Delete My Account.

Deletion is immediate. You will be signed out and returned to the login screen.

What Gets Deleted

This permanently deletes all your data including:

  • Nutrition logs and photos
  • Coaching conversations
  • Protocols and scores
  • Health data synced to Rubric
  • Your profile and settings

Your Google or Apple Sign-In link is disconnected from Rubric.

What Is Not Affected

  • HealthKit data on your device — Rubric has read-only access to Apple Health and never modifies it.
  • Anonymized analytics — If you opted into anonymous usage analytics, aggregated data may be retained. This data contains no personally identifiable information and cannot be linked back to your account.

This Is Permanent

This action is immediate and cannot be undone. Your data cannot be recovered. If you return to Rubric after deletion, you will need to create a new account and start from scratch — no previous data will be available.
