Key Terms, Summarized

Not medical advice. Rubric provides coaching and tracking tools. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. AI-generated content — nutrition estimates, coaching responses, scoring — is advisory. You are responsible for your own health decisions.
You own your data. You can export or delete it at any time.
Updates happen. Rubric may update the Terms of Service. When changes are material — affecting your rights, data handling, or payment terms — the app will present the updated terms and ask you to re-accept before continuing. You have the option to accept, defer once, or decline (which signs you out).
Minor changes are silent. Typos, formatting, and non-substantive clarifications are applied without prompting. Only changes that affect your rights or obligations trigger the re-acceptance flow.

What this means for you: You will not be asked to re-accept terms for every small edit. When you do see the acceptance prompt, it means something substantive has changed — read it.
